Dr. Allen Ifechukwu Onyema is a pan-Nigerian businessman, peace advocate, and conflict resolution veteran from Anambra State, born on March 28, 1964. After completing his law degree at the University of Ibadan and being called to the Bar in 1989, he started a legal practice and a property firm. Driven by his passion for peace-building, he put his business success aside to establish the Foundation for Ethnic Harmony in Nigeria (FEHN).

In September 2014, Onyema entered the aviation sector by securing an Air Operator’s Certificate (AOC) to commence operations under the name Air Peace Limited (APL), driven by the desire to create jobs.
